Current Position Opportunities

Executive Assistant with HR Responsibilities

We are seeking an organized and detailed-oriented Executive Assistant with HR capabilities to support our senior management team. The position will handle traditional executive assistant duties, while also managing HR functions including benefits administration.

 General Expectations:

In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all Cvi employees are expected to:

  1. Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
  2. Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.
  3. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
  4. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and functions.
  5. Support Company Goals, conform with the requirements of the Cvi ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and perform duties as assigned.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

  1. Provide support to senior management.
  2. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
  3. Manage employee benefits package including enrollment, administration, and communication of benefits information.
  4. Facilitate HR processes such as payroll, onboarding, performance reviews, and compliance with employment regulations.
  5. Coordinate and support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
  6.  Oversee the company business insurance plans—workers comp, general & product liability policies, auto, and property.
  7. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  8. Coordinate company events and employee engagement activities.

Experience Required:

  1. Experience with payroll administration and employee benefits packages.
  2. Experience with HR rules, on-boarding, vacation & travel management.
  3. Minimum of five years Executive Administration Experience, supporting senior management level staff
  4. Salary Range Based on Experience: $62K to $80K
