F-35 J11 (B-1 type)
A maximum 1,000lb load factor, hydraulically driven platform. Replaces ladders and man-lifts in the aircraft maintenance environment. Can maneuver in tight spaces and has a reach up to 13’ for routine maintenance access. Unique 1,000lb load factor allows two workers + equipment meeting all OSHA Standards and stands are CE and ATEX certified. Stand has passed all environment tests for adverse conditions.
OSHA COMPLIANT: CvI Maintenance Stands are constructed from light weight, high-strength structural grade 6061 aluminum or painted steel frames. All surface decks are self-draining, anti-slip and anti-bound 5052 aluminum dimple deck surface. All welded designs are in accordance with AWS D1.1 & D1.2. Each design features load ratings. Drawings and designs are approved by in-house Certified Professional Engineers (PE).
