Breathe easy knowing the CvI Finned Cryogenic Sampler will take representative samples of liquid cryogens such as LOX, LN2, and Argon and convert them to a high pressure gas. A form suitable for both storage and transport for infra-red spectroscopic analysis.

The Finned Double-Cup Sampler – This all stainless steel, machined and welded assembly contains the threaded-on double cups, a Burst Plug providing overpressure protection and a Charging Valve to trap the liquid sample once the system is cooled down. The finned design of this sampler provides improved vaporization (heat transfer) characteristics so as to enable 10-12 minute average sample time.

Clean fuel

The Cv International CFDII Contaminated Fuel Detection system combines the advantages of a portable contamination measurement unit with the measurement technology of the TestMateR Contamination Monitor (TCM) and TWS (TestMateR Water Sensor), in a portable, field-ready package for fuel applications.

The 408001 is a portable service unit and is designed for temporary measurement of solid particle contamination and water saturation in diesel storage, diesel transfer and diesel filling applications.

The 408001 will measure contamination levels of diesel fuel, as well as mineral based hydraulic oils compatible with VitonR seals. The 408001 is not compatible with water glycol fluids.

The integrated pump and the hoses with test point connections, which are included with the 408001, allow operation on diesel fuel storage tanks and transfer circuits, as well as on hydraulic reservoirs, control circuits, and pressure circuits.

To ensure safe operation with diesel fuel, the 408001 is equipped with a grounding wire, along with an integral temperature monitoring system to ensure the device switches off when operated above the critical temperature of diesel fuel (113°F, 45°C).
