Quality Assurance Manager:
Cvi is seeking a hands-on QA Manager to lead, maintain, and continuously improve our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System while ensuring full compliance with customer and contractual requirements. This role is highly visible and operational, owning internal and external audits, corrective and preventive action, document and record control, and daily quality execution on the shop floor. The QA Manager will lead AS9102 First Article Inspections, support customer source inspections and audits, and partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to strengthen controls, improve yield, and reduce cost of quality. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing quality leadership, a practical, floor-level approach, and the ability to translate requirements into consistent, compliant execution.

Production Assembly:
Cvi is seeking detail-oriented Production Assemblers to support the build, testing, and delivery of high-quality equipment. This role involves assembling components and subassemblies using technical drawings and work instructions, collaborating across teams to meet production goals, and maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and organization. The ideal candidate works effectively both independently and as part of a team, follows CVI’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and Safety Program, accurately documents work in the ERP system, and is comfortable supporting testing, calibration, and shipment activities as needed. Overtime may be required to meet production schedules.
