CvI Side Winding Jack

Overview

The CvI Side Winding Jack is a proprietary stability system utilizing aerospace grade technology. The Jacks have a variable stroke of 12" - 30" and are customizable. They can be constructed with or without casters and have a variety of mounting options.

• The CvI jack was designed to provide low cost, ridged, mechanically synchronized jacking free of unwanted movement
• Our proprietary “puck” system ensures the telescoping tubes are always centered with zero deviation
• All parts and components are precision laser cut and CNC machined to tight tolerances
• The construction is primarily carbon steel with zinc plate and yellow passivate finish for weather resistance, the design is such that it can be customized to provide useful strokes from 12-30”
• It has a safe lifting load limit of 2000lbs. per unit, with only minimal effort required to elevate even when ganged in pairs using link rods
• The jack is supplied with a manual crank handle for operation , or, alternatively can be operated at low rpm using a standard drill motor and hex fitting
